An operations manager who writes SQL, and an engineering peer who understands how organizations work.
I am not an engineer, and not only operations. I live on the seam between them — translating requirements, patching processes, smuggling AI tools into the team's daily life.
Story
Started in MMORPG operations, 15 years at Gamania spanning online games to mobile app platforms. Grew from customer service operations to operations management, leading large-scale event execution and cross-department project coordination.
Later joined the beanfun! platform team, responsible for Infobip CDP adoption and building the Tableau analytics framework. My EMBA thesis was on predicting game downloads using TAM theory combined with sentiment analysis — that's where I started learning Python, SQL, and related technical concepts, which made subsequent system implementations and product communication much smoother.
Roughly 30% of my week is spent building small tools — not to take engineering's job, but because too many ops pains can't wait for the sprint. Google Apps Script, Python, n8n — they give me the tools to solve problems on the spot.

Tools
A bit of everything — solving problems is my first priority with tools, good at combining multiple tools to get things done.
